Hart Felt Ministries is a 501(c)(3) organization that has served the First Coast’s frail, homebound seniors since 2004. Hart Felt’s mission is to help seniors age in place by providing services at no cost to our clients. Services include friendly visits and respite care, assistance with household chores and yard work, shopping and errands, transportation to medical appointments, emergency financial assistance, minor home repairs, and the construction of wheelchair ramps.

To date, nearly 800 volunteers have donated close to 100,000 hours of service to approximately 1,200 seniors who are at risk of premature nursing home placement because they are isolated, have chronic disease or illness, cannot get to appointments or maintain their homes.

On Friday, September 29, 2017, Hart Felt will hold its 7th Annual Charity Gala, Bridging the Gaps. The Gala, being held at TPC Sawgrass, will include dinner, dancing and an auction.
