Volunteer with the Guardian ad Litem Program! Advocate for Children that have been abused, abandoned or neglected! @ Guardian ad Litem program

Become a volunteer child advocate! The Guardian ad Litem is a volunteer based State of Florida nonprofit program and we are currently in need of volunteers. A Guardian ad Litem volunteer is a powerful and effective voice in advocating for the best interests of Florida’s abused, abandoned and neglected children. The Guardian ad Litem program is recognized and respected as a partnership of community advocates and professional staff. The vision of the program is realized through volunteers who advocate as Guardians ad Litem for the children they serve. A Guardian ad Litem is so much more to a child than just their court appointed child advocate. A Guardian ad Litem volunteer often becomes a role model, mentor, educational surrogate, friend, confidant, and most important, a consistent caring person on whom the child can rely.
