Soiree at Sawgrass set for October 1, is a festive evening of fellowship that takes place on the picturesque greens at TPC Sawgrass. In addition to passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations, and a selection of refreshing beverages, the event will also feature a silent and live auction. This year’s event will include exciting vacation packages! Of course the highlight of the evening is shining the light on the challenges seniors in our community face and raising funds to help them age in place.
Hart Felt Ministries offers four programs to help seniors stay in their homes – Companionship, Fall Prevention, The Hart Fund, and Transportation. All programs are offered free to clients.
