Ascension St. Vincent’s Medical Mission at Home

Ascension St. Vincent’s will host its Medical Mission at Home event on Saturday, May 9, offering free health and wellness services to community members who are uninsured, underinsured or facing barriers to traditional care, with no insurance or appointments required.

The event will take place at the Prime Osborn Convention Center (1000 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204) and will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Onsite services will include:

• Medical exams

• Vision and hearing screenings

• Diabetic education

• Ear washing

• Haircuts

• HIV screening

• Mental healthcare

• Physical/occupational therapy

• Pharmacy services

• Skin cancer screenings

• Foot washing

• Children’s services

• Spiritual services

Community partners, including Feeding Northeast Florida, will provide some of the services at the event.

Medical Mission at Home is one of Ascension St. Vincent’’s flagship community impact programs, reflecting its mission to deliver compassionate, community-centered care with a focus on those most in need.
