Beaches WellFest presented by Here Tomorrow is returning to Johansen Park on Saturday, May 3rd for day filled with community connection and education on improving the health of you and your family.

– 8:45am: Sip and Ruck 1-mile Coffee Crawl sponsored by GORUCK starting at the far end of Johansen Park on Country Club Lane
MBODY Yoga Stage classes and live music include: – 10am: Kickoff yoga – 11am: Duality: Moving Meditation – 12pm- 2pm: Kalani Rose and the Vibe
