Join us for the 2026 Dash4Diabetes 5K & 10K Walk/Run on Saturday, November 14, at 8:00 AM at Lonnie C. Miller Regional Park. This family-friendly community event brings Jacksonville together to raise awareness and support type 2 diabetes prevention, health education, and healthier futures for local families.

Whether you are an experienced runner, casual walker, or participating in your first community race, there is a place for you at the starting line. Choose the 5K or challenge yourself with the 10K. Walk, jog, run, or stroll at your own pace—participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
