Ascension St. Vincent’s Faith Community Nursing will be hosting a Free Summer Camp in partnership with Clay Parks &Recreation for youth ages 6-12 only at the Hunter-Douglas Community Center 4227 Longmire Rd, Middleburg, Fl. Priority will be given to youth receiving free or reduced school lunch. Camp dates and time June 16-20,2025, 8:30a-3p(except Thursday release at 12noon). Free school and sports physicals Saturday, June 21st,10a-1:30p Hunter-Douglas Community Center, open to any youth ages 4-18,parent or guardian must be present to provide consent.
