Shine The Light on Human Trafficking is a FREE seminar is to educate our community about Child Trafficking in our State and local community. This seminar is open to the public, students and parents to attend. We will feature guest speakers, including a trafficking survivor and investigators, along with a dedicated Question & Answer session.
Each local resource will have a designated table showcasing their offerings. Our goal is to educate and raise awareness in our community about grooming, trafficking, the risks associated with improper social media use, and how to inform parents about warning signs and available local resources. We aim for the “see something, say something” principle to be widely recognized.
Join us on Tuesday, April 15th at the Wayne County High School Commons Area for our Free seminar on Human Trafficking in our area. Doors open at 6PM, refreshments served, parental advisory advised to due sensitive topic.
