About Two Piano Journey
Two Piano Journey began with the dream of a son wanting to share his mother’s music with the world by joining her on stage. Michelle Kuo was a child prodigy. At 13, she won the Taiwan National Piano Competition (as well as at 14 and 15 years old).
But Michelle put aside the dream of touring to raise her children.
In 2015, her son, Chris, launched Two Piano Journey to give his mother the opportunity to showcase her talents and love of her craft. To do this, Chris lives a double life. By day, he works in the finance industry in New York City. At night, he practices for hours to prepare for concerts. He makes these daily sacrifices to fulfill his mother’s dream, and so they can share their gifts with nonprofits like LSS throughout the country.
