Garden enthusiasts, there will be a Day of Gardening on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. at the Mandarin Garden Club, 2892 Loretto Road Jacksonville FL 32223. Event is free and open to the public. Bring your own lunch for a day of gardening educational experience and opportunity to enjoy Mother Nature. The agenda includes Edible Landscaping presentation by Beth Marlowe, Urban Garden Coordinator, Commonly Seen Native Plants in North Florida Landscapes presentation by Tonya Ashworth, Environmental Horticulture Extension Agent, and Master Gardener Coordinator, Garden Tour of Mandarin Demonstration Garden on 2 1/2 acres at the Mandarin Garden Club and a Propagation Class presentation.
