Hillary Mccullough presents Assembled Futility at Southlight Gallery

Let’s all come together this September Art Walk Downtown at Southlight Gallery to witness the bold and powerful work of Hillary McCullough!

Inspired by provocative introspection, she explores the body’s interaction with its surroundings. Encouraging viewers to reflect upon their own futility in existence and within the confines of human condition, she searches for meaning in our short fleeting existences.

McCullough is a local photographer, teacher, and storyteller, specializing in traditional and alternative darkroom practices. She received her BFA in photography at the University of North Florida and earned her MFA at the University of South Florida in Studio Art with a focus in Photography. Currently, Hillary is an Instructor at Jacksonville University in the Photo Department after her experience as a graduate student from 2015 to 2017 in teaching and as the photo lab tech at USF.
